Balsamic Brussels Sprout [Poppers?]

 
They're Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprout [Poppers?] because that's how I ate them. Without a fork. Finger food style. The whole bowl in one sitting. So good. 3.5 serving sizes, you say?

I had 0 appreciation for brussels sprouts until a couple of years ago. My parents never fixed them for us growing up, and was it Full House that had me convinced as a child that they were atrocious anyway? I think it was Full House. So I guess you can say I'm making up for lost time. 

Sometimes I throw these into pasta with goat cheese and sausage [or Tofurky "soysage"]...and that is divine as well.
