A Taste of Spring: The Perfect Strawberry Salad

Y'all, while March roars in, I'm itching for spring. So I'm about to share with you my favorite salad that goes perfectly with warm weather (and wishing for warm weather).

It's as simple as this:

Throw it all together in a bowl. Boom. You've got yourself a fancy-ish salad. I made this in a jiffy for Mark last week when he not-so-promptly informed me that needed something to take to a potluck lunch at work. :)

I'll be honest: before this recipe, I wasn't really into fruit in my salad. But the strawberries mixed with the goat cheese and walnuts...a game changer. My sister and I made this salad together countless times last spring/summer!

Do you have any favorite salads for the warm weather that's [hopefully] around the corner?!

 Happy spring salad making!

Another great combo is arugula with Asian pears, toasted pecans, parmesan, and Brianna's Blush Wine viniagrette!

  25. I was never really a fan of fruit in my salad either until recently. Wendy's has some great salads and I've been enjoying them, but they can be expensive to have for lunch daily. Thanks for sharing your quick and easy recipe. It looks so healthy and delicious.
