Best/Worst Valentine's Day Memory: I just went through 6 years of February blog posts and have NADA!! Hubby usually brings flowers and that isplenty for me! However, come anniversary and birthday time, we go big! Since its Valentines Day though, can I tell you worst date EVER!? Iwas a sophomore in high school and my date a senior. We ran cross country together and he had asked me to homecoming. The plan was dinner and a movie and to get to know each other better...and maybe a few dates. Sounds normal, right??
The guy picked me up in his wood paneled station wagon and took me toMexican for dinner. I am always down for cheese dip so no biggie. Conversation was awkward, but I am awkward, so I just figured it was me and my nerves. Post dinner, he took me to a movie....at Hifi Buys!!!!! This is like
the store Best Buy if you aren't familiar with it. We sat on a couch watching some random movie that was on in the store as people SHOPPED around us for flat screen t.v.'s and stereo surround sound!!!
Literally, sitting on a couch, in a store watching a movie because he was too cheap to buy tickets to a real theater!!! I had already committed to going to the next dance was with him and I was kicking myself. I should have known when he brought me a corsage the size of my arm in my high school colors (purple and gold) that matched NOTHING! Needless to say, the dance was a bit awkward and by about mid way through, he had found his friends, me mine and we split and were both happily ever after!

Best/Worst Valentine's Day Memory: I really am not a fan of Valentines day, so I can't say I have a best/worst memory.

Best/Worst Valentine's Day Memory: I don't have a best or worst Valentine's memory. Valentine's to me is just about living in the moment you're in with who you're with. Corey and I have only been together for 1 Valentine's Day so far and so I hate to share other "best" experiences as they will have been with someone else.... so I'm sorry that I don't really have any.

Best/Worst Valentine's Day Memory: Best Valentines...My first valentine's day with Chris (the fiance) we went to a local southern restaurant, and saw a Nicholas Sparks movie, and he got me two bouquets of flowers and lots of other goodies. This is my favorite Valentine's Day memory because it was the first of many for us...(besides this...I long for the days where I stressed over finding the perfect vday cards for my elementary school classmates). Worst Memory...an ex boyfriend of mine got me a peacock wooden statue stand to put my prescription glasses on...one word...TRAGIC.

Best/Worst Valentine's Day Memory: True fact: Luke & I have NEVER spent a Valentine's Together...even in College! But my best was definitely when he made our first the best by sending me sweet things even though he was miles away! I love the little things more than anything.

BEST Valentine's Day Memory: In college, my boyfriend (now husband!), Nick, and I had plans for a low key Valentines Day. We got dressed up and went out for dinner at one of our favorite restaurants located in a hotel downtown. After dinner, instead of heading out to the car, Nick said to follow him. We went up to the top floor where Nick had reserved a hotel room for the night! He had the room stocked with candles, flowers, chocolate covered strawberries, champagne - all the bells and whistles. We were just poor college students at the time (living with lots of roommates), so it was extra sweet and such a nice surprise to be able to spend the night just the two of us!

Best/Worst Valentine's Day Memory: How bad is it of me to say I don't think I have a bad Valentine's Day? Last year was...disappointing, but not bad. I had told my (now) husband that we didn't need to do anything for it... Well, I should have said we don't need to do MUCH. The night before rolled around and I asked him what he had done... He responded with nothing at all, and was dead serious. I was so shocked, and I think he knew it. I'm pretty sure he snuck out that night, when I woke up there were flowers, a stuffed animal, chocolate, a new fuzzy blanket and a card. This year, he has it down and has already told me me wave plans! Favorite Blog Post You've Written: That Moment
