3 Years

I do promise and covenant.
Today we celebrate 3 years within the covenant of marriage. Don't mind me as I take a walk through memory lane through these wedding photos.

If you're a CLT gal, you must LRT it up.

T-BIRDDDD (even though we didn't manage to collect everyone)

If I could do it all over again, I'd pick you every time, Marky. You make me happier than anyone else in the world. I love you, I trust you, I am proud of you, I am yours forever. Cheers to us! Happy anniversary, babe.

Anniversary Eve [Life Stage Films]

Because when our anni is on the horizon, all I want to do is watch these over and over. I can't get through them without cheese grinning the entire time. Life Stage Films, y'all are the best [as always]! Now excuse me while I have these on repeat much of today. And tomorrow. And randomly throughout the year just because.

Cottage Hill Winter Wedding Editorial Shoot

This past October, Mark and I got to play dress up for the day for Cottage Hill Magazine's online journal. Let me go on a quick tangent. Have your heard of Cottage Hill Magazine yet? It's new and now my favorite. Cottage Hill is a wedding magazine that focuses beyond the wedding day. It's all about legacy. It's about community. It's about relationships that build strong families. You'll just have to check it out for yourself...I adore the heart and intention behind it.

Mark and I day tripped to Raleigh one afternoon for this shoot. Here are 5 quick reasons I had so much fun.
1. Playing dress up, duh.
2. Being 15 weeks preg in a wedding dress! Something I thought that couldn't possibly happen to me. Never say never?! ;)
3. Being still. Having nothing to do but stare into each other's eyes. We both appreciated that.
4. Do the stops at Cookout and Krispy Kreme on the way back to Wilmy count? That's what all "models" eat, right?
5. Seeing treasured old friends (Rebecca Rose Events--love you!) and making precious new ones (Live View Studios; Makeup For Your Day). I had so much fun with y'all! You all have such gifts and create such timeless, gorgeous, lovely art. Thank you for sharing your talents with us!

This was a winter wedding editorial shoot. With a cozy, Christmas-y aura all around, I feel like these images can be used to inspire any sort of holiday decorating, tablescape-ing, or party planning this season! To read the story behind this inspired wedding, be sure to visit the full post on Cottage Hill's online journal.

Okay...now onto the fun stuff. Picture overload!
All images are by the insanely talented (and sweet!) Live View Studios.

Nicole's Wedding Weekend

My best friend from college, Nicole, got married last weekend! It was an insanely gorgeous wedding weekend in every aspect: decor, bridal beauty, perfect fall weather, and changing leaves on the Blue Ridge Mountains as a backdrop. Below are pics from our amazing long weekend in Mount Airy, NC!

With Coley and Lizzie before the bridal luncheon next door at Coley's neighbor's house

Pilot Mountain as the rehearsal dinner backdrop at Jolo Vineyards

 Photo opp with my honey

 The bride and groom!

 Girlies I love

 Cocktail hour setup

Dinner in this see-through tent among the vineyards was a spectacle.

Becca [of Rebecca Rose Events], my sweet wedding planner (and Hope's too!), also did Nicole's wedding!
She snapped this picture of what the tent looked like inside. :)

Aaand the 3 of us canoodled in Coley's bed circa 2:30AM on the eve of her wedding!!!!

The double decker bus they ordered broke down on the side of the highway...so the replacement was this RV turned party bus. We were not disappointed. (P.S./Disclaimer: My "beer" is an O'Douls. :))

My sweet Coley, the bebe (can't you see that growing bump!?), and me

Just a few moments before she walked down the aisle and became Mrs. Harrison!

Their names in lights...a suh-weeeeet part of the reception!
(I didn't snap anymore pics that night...I was busy eating, chatting, and dancing!!!)

With my sissy!! We took a break from the dance floor to send a quick pic to Mom. :)

The next day at Coley and Skyler's house while they were en route to the BVIs.
We sent them some happy snapchats from their den. :)

 The Morrisons :)

We certainly wrapped up wedding season with a bang. Seriously...Coley's brother even set up surprise fireworks to go off as they drove away!!! The weekend couldn't have been better, and [per usual when I leave my adopted hometown], I was sad to leave this small town full of some of my favorite people.

Cheers to Mr. and Mrs. Harrison...who are currently living the DREAM in the BVIs! Love y'all!
